The selected candidate will assist in managing Tietwin's day-to-day online business operations, including:

E-Commerce Operations:

- Manage Amazon and Shopify stores on a daily basis.
- Monitor new orders and ensure timely order processing.
- Coordinate with the fulfilment/supplier team for order processing.
- Track pending, shipped, delivered, cancelled and returned orders.
- Follow up on delayed or pending orders.
- Maintain daily order and sales records.

Order & Return Management:

- Monitor customer orders.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch team regarding order fulfilment.
- Follow up on returns, refunds and RTO cases.
- Identify and report order-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of customer/order issues.

Cross Functional Team Coordination:

- Communicate regularly with the our account manager.
- Follow up regarding:
- Product listings
- Inventory/stock updates
- Orders
- Returns
- Product availability
- New products
- Website-related work
- Amazon-related activities
- Attend online meetings with team whenever required.
- Maintain proper notes and action points from meetings.

Product & Listing Management:

- Assist in adding and updating products.
- Check product titles, descriptions,



images, prices and basic information.
- Monitor product availability.
- Coordinate for new product launches.
- Help maintain the Tietwin product catalogue.

Sales & Marketplace Monitoring:

- Check daily sales and order performance.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports.
- Monitor product performance.
- Identify products receiving orders or good customer response.
- Share important observations with management.

Communication & Customer Support:

- Handle basic customer queries through the available channels.
- Coordinate with the relevant team for customer issues.
- Maintain professional communication with suppliers and service providers.
- Follow up until issues are resolved.

Online Presence:

- Assist in maintaining Tietwin's online presence.
- Help update website content/products when required.
- Assist with basic social media/product updates.
- Coordinate with external teams for website and marketplace requirements.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
