Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.

Prepare schematic designs, detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.

Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design execution as per approved drawings.

Review and finalize material selections, specifications, and BOQs.

Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and project timelines.

Resolve design and execution issues during project implementation.

Mentor Junior Architects and support the design team.

Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and quality standards.

Participate in client meetings and project presentations.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in





Auto CAD (Mandatory).

Working knowledge of

Revit, Sketch Up, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.

Excellent architectural planning, space planning, and technical detailing skills.

Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and site execution.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture ( B. Arch ) from a recognized university.

3–6 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.

Experience in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and corporate interior projects is preferred.

A robust portfolio showcasing conceptual design, planning, technical drawings, and completed projects is mandatory.
