Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Jaipur. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across multiple social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, managing posting calendars, monitoring channels, responding to audience interactions, and optimizing content based on performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with designers, writers,



and marketing teams to align social campaigns with broader digital initiatives and client goals, while staying current with platform trends, best practices, and emerging tools.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including campaign planning and performance tracking.
Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages for diverse audiences.
Experience with Content Strategy, including planning content calendars and aligning social content with overall marketing objectives.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platform insights to interpret data and refine strategies.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
