We're a marketing agency based in Sector 2, Noida. We run paid ad campaigns for clients across different industries. We plan them, launch them, watch the numbers daily, and keep making them better. Media buying is the core of what we do.

The Role
We're hiring one Media Buyer with 1–2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience. From your first week, you'll work on live Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns with real budgets and we expect you to already know your way around Ads Manager.
You will:
Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
Track daily performance (spend, clicks, leads, cost per lead) and prepare reports
Research audiences and study what competitors are running
Test new ad angles and scale what works, cut what doesn't

The Fixed Details (check each one honestly before applying)
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on media buying on Meta Ads is required. You should have personally set up and managed campaigns, not just observed or done coursework.



Complete beginners and freshers: this role isn't the right fit, but keep an eye on our page for intern openings.
Location: Sector 2, Noida (in office). Not remote, not hybrid.
Working hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Our client work runs on evening timings, so this shift is permanent, it will not change to a day shift later.
Start: Immediate joiners preferred

What We're Looking For
1–2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience - campaign setup, audience targeting, and basic optimization on real budgets
Comfort reading numbers and making decisions from them (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL)
Basic Excel/Google Sheets and decent written English
The habit of figuring things out yourself before asking
Bonus (preferred): experience with pay-per-call campaigns, VSL funnels, or lead generation offers, if you've worked on any of these, make sure to mention it in your application.
