We’re looking for a highly hands-on Art Lead / Senior Art Generalist to own the visual direction and execution of our hybrid-casual mobile games.
We build and test games rapidly across puzzle, sorting, simulation and other casual mechanics. Our games need to look polished, satisfying and highly marketable while remaining lightweight and fast to produce.

This is not a purely managerial role. We’re looking for someone who can set the visual direction and execute it themselves — taking games from early prototypes/references to polished, market-test-ready products.

What You’ll Do
Own the art direction and visual quality of our games and prototypes.
Create and modify 3D models, characters, environments, props, textures and materials.
Handle lighting, shaders, VFX, animation and visual polish.
Work directly in Unity to integrate and optimize art.
Create satisfying gameplay feedback through particles, animations, trails, destruction/collection effects and other visual juice.
Rapidly re-theme and visually differentiate prototypes while retaining their underlying gameplay strengths.




Build reusable assets and workflows that let us test new concepts quickly.
Guide other artists and maintain a consistently high visual bar.
Contribute to playable ads and marketing creatives, thinking about how a game looks within the first few seconds of an ad.

What We’re Looking For
Solid experience as a 3D Generalist, Senior Game Artist or Art Lead, ideally in mobile games.
Excellent understanding of stylized 3D art and casual/hybrid-casual visual language.
Strong proficiency with Blender/Maya/3ds Max and Unity.
Comfortable across the pipeline: modelling → texturing/materials → animation → VFX → Unity integration.
Strong sense of color, composition, lighting, readability and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work quickly from references and explore multiple visual directions.
Understanding of optimization for Android/iOS.
