The Role
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid campaigns across our client roster. This is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who lives and breathes ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates — and who is equally confident building a strategy in a spreadsheet and presenting it across the table to a client. You'll be the go-to expert for paid growth, from planning and execution to reporting and optimization.
Key Responsibilities




Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Own campaign performance end-to-end — budgets, bidding, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and A/B testing — against clear KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate).
Manage and scale spend across multiple client accounts spanning different industries, without letting quality or attention slip.
Track, analyze, and interpret performance data; turn numbers into clear insights and actionable next steps.
Build and present campaign strategies, performance reports, and recommendations directly to clients with clarity and confidence.
Set up and maintain tracking and measurement infrastructure (GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, UTMs).
Stay ahead of platform updates, ad formats, and industry best practices to keep our clients competitive.
