About neonVest neonVest is an AI-powered fundraising and investor intelligence platform helping startups identify, engage and build relationships with the right investors.

Our Supercharger Network is a curated community of investors who engage directly with qualified startups through targeted 1:1 meetings.

We are looking for an Investor Relations & GTM Associate to work closely with the founder and GTM team across investor relations, fundraising operations, Supercharger development and outbound business development.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is finance-literate, highly organized, commercially minded and AI-native.

What You'll Do

Investor Relations & Superchargers

- Build and maintain Supercharger Match documents, matching startups with the most relevant investors from neonVest's curated Supercharger Network.
- Research and prioritize investors based on stage, sector, check size, thesis and strategic fit.
- Prepare pre-call investor briefs and post-call meeting summaries.
- Track investor meetings, feedback, follow-ups and next steps.
- Identify strong investors from founder meetings and outbound campaigns who could become Superchargers.
- Help expand and deepen relationships across the Supercharger Network.
- Generate additional investor meetings across other neonVest financings.
- Maintain investor profiles and relationship history.

GTM & Business Development

- Help manage and prioritize outbound investor and startup campaigns.




- Work with the GTM team across LinkedIn, email and other outbound channels.
- Identify and prospect new investors and startups.
- Research attendees, speakers and investors ahead of conferences and events.
- Execute pre-, during- and post-event outreach.
- Convert event contacts into qualified investor and startup meetings.
- Track campaign performance and recommend where the team should focus.

Operations & AI

- Keep Notion and CRM fully up to date.
- Maintain accurate investor, startup and meeting data.
- Use AI tools to accelerate investor research, matching, meeting summaries, outreach and data enrichment.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve internal workflows.

Who We're Looking For Ideally 1–3+ years of experience in:

- Venture capital
- Investment banking
- Private equity
- Investor relations
- Startup fundraising
- Business development / GTM
- Startup operations

VC or investment banking experience is a plus, but exceptional organizational, analytical and commercial ability matters more than a specific background.

You should have

- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with CRM systems




- Comfort with Notion
- Strong interest in AI tools and automation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong follow-through and commercial instincts

What Success Looks Like

Within 90 days, you should be able to independently:
- Build high-quality Supercharger Match documents.
- Manage investor meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Identify and engage prospective Superchargers.
- Generate additional investor meetings across financings.
- Help prioritize GTM campaigns.
- Prospect investors and startups through outbound and events.
- Keep our CRM and Notion systems accurate.
- Use AI to make our processes faster and more scalable.

Compensation & Upside

₹18 lakh per annum + performance-based bonus

There is also potential for meaningful upside through profit sharing as neonVest grows and you take on greater responsibility.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and participate in the upside they help create.
