Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor daily inventory operations at the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, and stock-in-hand inventory.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and logistics teams for stock movement and issue resolution.
- Ensure inventory accuracy in system records and physical stock.
- Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise inventory team members and support proper task allocation.
- Prepare inventory reports, MIS updates, and stock status summaries as required.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
- Support process improvements to reduce stock variance and improve operational efficiency.
