PwC India is hiring a Investment Banking Analyst Intern in Pune. This is a hands-on, mentor-led BFSI internship built for students and 2026 freshers who want real exposure to how a financial advisory & audit actually runs its numbers not a certificate-only programme.

About the role As a Investment Banking Analyst Intern at PwC India, your core focus will be financial modelling, valuation and pitch-book preparation for live deals. You will be attached to a named mentor, join the team's daily stand-ups and reviews, and be trusted with work that genuinely matters rather than filing and formatting. Questions are encouraged, mistakes are treated as teaching moments, and your output is reviewed properly so you actually improve.

Who should apply Students in their final year or recent graduates from MBA (Finance)/CFA L1/CA/B.Com (Hons)/BBA based in or willing to work from Pune. Relevant coursework, certifications (NISM, CFA L1, GST, Tally) or a strong academic record in Financial Modelling will strengthen your application, but none of them are mandatory. Internship details This is a 3-month internship in Pune, Maharashtra, with a stipend of 32,000 per month. You will be given a defined project so that you leave with a valuation model and pitch deck for a real transaction. Working hours follow the team's normal business hours and the internship includes a certificate on successful completion. Expect to leave with genuine BFSI domain knowledge,



a portfolio of work you produced yourself, and a clear view of which finance career track suits you best. Outstanding interns can convert to a full time offer at the end of the internship.
