Location: Kochi (Kakkanad)

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Rotational Shift (Mostly Night Shift)

Salary Range: ₹19 K to 25 K per Month Only

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Process.

Freshers and experienced candidates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide support for customer queries
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to PC, MAC, and Mobile devices
- Assist customers with installation, uninstallation, and product configuration
- Provide excellent customer service through professional communication
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

? Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Any Degree / UG / PG / MBA





✔ Excellent English Communication Skills (CEFR/Berlitz B2 Preferred)

✔ Basic Technical Knowledge

✔ Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply

✔ Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
