Foo Foods is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Executive to build and manage our General Trade business across Calicut, Kannur and Malappuram.
The person will be responsible for appointing and managing distributors, increasing retail coverage, handling key accounts such as Jamjoom, improving product visibility and achieving consistent secondary sales.

Key Business Objective
Build a sustainable monthly business of ₹25 lakh across the assigned territory within the first three months.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Foo Foods’ chocolate and confectionery business across Calicut, Kannur and Malappuram.
Identify, appoint and manage suitable distributors for each market.
Build productive relationships with retailers, supermarkets and key accounts.
Personally handle significant accounts, including Jamjoom and other leading retail chains.
Increase numeric distribution, outlet productivity and repeat orders.




Prepare and execute daily market routes and retailer visit plans.
Ensure proper product availability, placement, visibility and merchandising.
Introduce new products and execute retailer schemes and promotional activities.
Monitor distributor stock, secondary sales, collections, returns and expiry risks.
Submit daily visit reports and weekly market-performance reports.
Track competitor pricing, schemes, product launches and market activity.
Coordinate with distributors and the company team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Maintain payment discipline and follow up on outstanding amounts.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of field-sales experience in chocolates, confectionery or FMCG.
Preference for candidates who have worked with Ferrero, Mondelez/Cadbury, Mars, Nestlé or a leading confectionery distributor.
