About the Role

Linkup Social is looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Social Media Manager to manage and grow the digital presence of multiple brands.

You will be responsible for content planning, social media strategy, publishing, audience engagement, performance tracking, and coordinating with designers, video editors, and content writers.

The ideal candidate should understand Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, content trends, audience behaviour, analytics, and organic social media growth.

What You’ll Do
- Create and manage weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Plan posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, and campaign content.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Research trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Review captions, creatives, hooks, hashtags, and CTAs before publishing.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Track reach, impressions,



engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
- Prepare basic performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and communication across platforms.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of social media strategy and content planning.
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of Reels, Stories, carousels, and short-form content.
- Ability to manage content calendars and multiple brand accounts.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify relevant trends and convert them into practical content ideas.
