Role Overview
Lark Finserv is looking for a Relationship Manager with 2+ years of experience in wealth management, stock broking, fintech or financial services B2B business.
The role will be responsible for managing Lark's existing partners, driving partner activation, engagement and business growth, and building solid long-term relationships with partner organizations.
The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, comfortable working with business targets and capable of converting partner relationships into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Management

Manage relationships with Lark's B2B partners including wealth firms, stock brokers, MFDs, IFAs and fintech platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
Build strong relationships with partner management and business teams.
Understand partner business models, customer segments and growth objectives.
Resolve partner queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Maintain regular communication and engagement with partners.

2. Partner Activation

Drive activation of onboarded partners and ensure they start generating business.
Develop partner-specific activation plans.
Conduct product training and business enablement sessions.
Ensure partners understand Lark's products, processes and value proposition.
