Role Description The Customer Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves responding to resident inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing clear information about accommodation options, policies, and services. The executive will handle booking support, resolve concerns and complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the resident lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions,



coordinating with internal teams to address service issues, and following up to confirm resolution. The role also includes gathering feedback, suggesting improvements to service processes, and supporting promotional or informational campaigns related to Autumn Rooms’ housing solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Interpersonal Skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Support for handling inquiries and issues.
Candidates should possess abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management to ensure a positive resident experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles, hospitality, or accommodation services is preferred.
