Role Description
This role involves reviewing and resolving customer and partner disputes, analyzing transaction data for potential risks, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
The individual will investigate issues, gather evidence, document findings, and coordinate with relevant teams to reach fair and timely resolutions.
Daily responsibilities include monitoring risk indicators,



updating case records in internal systems, preparing summary reports, and recommending process improvements to reduce future disputes.
The role also includes communicating clearly with stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, and supporting audits or compliance reviews as needed.

Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and identify patterns related to disputes and risk.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues clearly and professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills for recording case histories, evidence, and resolution outcomes.
