We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates to join our International Non-Voice Process in Whitefield, Bangalore.

The role involves handling customer queries through non-voice channels, providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through non-voice channels such as chat/email.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional and effective written communication.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update information in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet defined quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers Only




- Good English communication skills – written and verbal.
- Valuable typing and comprehension skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good attention to detail.
- Willingness to work 24/7.
- 5 days working with rotational - off

Salary ₹3.0 LPA CTC
