BE, BTech, MCA, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 6-12 years of experience in enabling customer data services.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Deep expertise in IBM Product Master (IBM MDM Product Master).
- Proven experience delivering platform upgrades on IBM Product Master.
- Strong software engineering capability (mapped internally to Software Engineer, Grade E).
- Experience implementing changes within complex enterprise MDM environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IBM Product Master technical issues.
- Experience supporting build, testing, deployment, and post-release activities.
- Robust stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.

Highly Desirable:

- Experience within large-scale banking, financial services, or regulated enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) architecture and data governance principles.
- Experience working across multiple delivery streams and large transformation programmes.
- Ability to coach and mentor engineering teams and transfer specialist knowledge.
- Understanding of cross-platform integrations and migration activities.

Scope of Services:





- The SME will be embedded within the ERDMS team to accelerate delivery of key strategic initiatives and ensure delivery commitments for 2026 remain on track, specifically supporting the ERDMS Platform Upgrade programme.
- Contribute to Cross-Brand Delivery development activities, where additional ERDMS product changes have been identified.
- Support work associated with Data Centre Migration and wider ERDMS BAU commitments.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on development support for IBM Product Master related changes.
- Accelerate delivery by reducing the learning curve and ramp-up time associated with the IBM Product Master platform.
- Help resolve complex design and implementation challenges during build, testing, and deployment phases.
- Provide test support through the delivery lifecycle and assist with ongoing support activities.
- Mentor and upskill existing ERDMS engineers to ensure knowledge transfer before the engagement ends.
- Guide the team on IBM Product Master best practices and strategic implementation approaches.
