Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled HVAC Engineer to manage the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project execution, system optimization, and preventive maintenance while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, install, test, commission, and maintain HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Perform heat load and cooling load calculations and prepare HVAC layouts and system designs.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors,



and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise installation activities and ensure work is completed within project timelines.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation, and ducting.
- Prepare project documentation, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Support project planning, estimation, material selection, and vendor coordination.
