Experience

2- 5 years and above in HVAC Design Engineering.

At least Minimum 1 year of experience in Sheet Metal Production, Solid works Designing in both 2D & 3D is mandatory.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Cleanroom Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing HVAC systems for cleanroom applications, preparing fabrication drawings, and developing sheet metal production drawings using both 2D and 3D design software.

Key Responsibilities

- Design HVAC systems for Cleanrooms, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Semiconductor, and Industrial projects.
- Prepare HVAC layout drawings, duct routing, equipment layouts, and installation drawings.
- Develop detailed sheet metal fabrication and production drawings.
- Create 2D drafting and 3D models for HVAC ducting and related components.
- Coordinate with Production, Project, Procurement, and Site teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), fabrication details, and material take-offs.
- Ensure compliance with Cleanroom standards, HVAC design practices, and project specifications.
- Review and modify drawings based on customer and project requirements.
- Support manufacturing and installation teams by resolving design-related issues.
- Maintain design documentation and revision records.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HVAC system design and ducting layouts.
- Experience in Cleanroom HVAC design is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Sheet Metal Production Designing experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Revit, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and production methods.
- Ability to prepare fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Understanding of HVAC standards, airflow calculations, and duct sizing.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Educational Qualification

- ITI (Sheet Metal Worker / Draughtsman Mechanical / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Cleanroom projects.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and cleanroom design standards.
- Familiarity with fabrication, production, and installation processes.

Employment Type : Full time

Expected CTC : ₹3.5 LPA – ₹7.0 LPA (Based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and relevant experience.)
