Role Description This full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role is based in Ahmedabad.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. The role involves handling employee relations, addressing queries, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating engagement initiatives.

Executive will assist in implementing HR policies, supporting recruitment activities, and liaising with management to align HR practices with organizational objectives. The role requires close collaboration with operational teams to support workforce planning and enhance employee experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with practical experience in managing core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to build trust, mediate concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including implementation, compliance, and periodic review of policies and procedures.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with Indian labor laws, experience in the security or services industry, and proficiency with HRIS or HR software.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
