Job Overview

CampusMarg is hiring HR Recruitment professionals for our growing Non-IT Recruitment and BPO Volume Hiring team.

We are hiring candidates at multiple levels from Freshers to Experienced HR Recruiters and Recruitment Team Leads.

Open Positions

1. HR Recruiter Freshers

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and enthusiastic candidates preferred.
- Willingness to build a career in HR and Recruitment.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

1. HR Recruiter – Experienced

Experience: Relevant experience in Non-IT Recruitment / BPO Recruitment / Volume Hiring preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
- Source and screen candidates for multiple requirements.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate client interviews and selection processes.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and daily performance reports.
- Achieve assigned hiring and joining targets.

1. Recruitment Team Lead – Non-IT Recruitment

Experience:



Prior experience in recruitment team handling preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of HR Recruiters.
- Allocate requirements and recruitment targets to the team.
- Monitor daily sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.
- Drive the team toward monthly recruitment targets.
- Train, mentor, and improve recruiter performance.
- Handle escalations and recruitment-related challenges.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for volume hiring.
- Prepare recruitment MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with management and clients to ensure hiring requirements are fulfilled.

Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Excel.
- For Team Lead: Strong leadership and team-management skills.
