Educational Qualification:- Pursuing or completed a Postgraduate degree

Work experience (in years) :- Fresher

Roles & Responsibilities : -

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and

onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment databases.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Analyze HR and business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and automate

repetitive tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect, validate, and analyse operational data.




- Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations

Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should:
- Good understanding of Human Resource Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup

Functions, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
- Positive understanding of Statistics and Data Analysis.
- Ability to create dashboards and visualize data.
- Knowledge of variance analysis, trend analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or

Microsoft Copilot.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (Preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
