Location: New Atish Market, Mansarovar, Jaipur Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (Depends on Interview) Shift: Day Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Job Responsibilities:
- Handle candidate calling and interview coordination.
- Screen candidates over phone and assess basic eligibility.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
- Update recruitment records and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Qualification: Graduate or Pursuing Graduation
