Job Profile

We are looking for an HR Recruiter who will be responsible only for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.

- Conduct telephonic HR interviews and initial candidate assessments.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.

- Coordinate offer acceptance and joining formalities.

- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports.

Required Skills

- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Robust resume screening and interviewing skills.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals.

- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹11,045.33 - ₹40,000.00 per month
