Job Title: HR Executive

Qualification Required: MBA in Human Resource Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, Hirect, and Indeed, and a passion for people management and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Post job openings and manage applications through platforms like Naukri, Hirect, and Indeed.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR-related reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Support in the execution of HR policies, procedures,



and programs.
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and staffing requirements.
- Manage employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Key Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals: Naukri, Hirect, and Indeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Good organizational and administrative abilities

Experience: Freshers with relevant internship experience Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
