Position: HR Assistant Job Type: Full-Time Department: Human Resources Job SummaryFour Pixels Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee records, attendance, documentation, and staff coordination. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment, job postings, candidate screening and interview coordination.

Maintain employee records, joining documents and personnel files. Manage daily attendance, leave records and employee absence tracking. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters and other HR documents.

Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities. Assist with monthly payroll inputs, attendance and incentive records. Follow up with employees regarding HR documentation and company policies. Maintain HR trackers, employee databases and MIS reports.

Support performance review and employee engagement activities. Coordinate with field and office employees regarding HR-related matters.



Assist the Head HR in routine administrative and compliance activities.

Candidate Requirements Qualification: Graduate / MBA-HR preferred Experience: 0–2 years in HR / Recruitment / Administration Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets . Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Organized, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
