Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the allotment of rooms to students and maintaining proper hostel occupancy records.
- Supervise the day-to-day functioning and maintenance of the hostel.
- Monitor the quality, hygiene, and timely serving of food provided to hostel residents.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive environment within the hostel premises.
- Handle and resolve students’ day-to-day concerns, queries.
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules, regulations, and university policies.
- Maintain regular communication with students and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
- Monitor student attendance, movements, and general well-being.
- Report any disciplinary, maintenance,



or other hostel-related issues to the concerned authority.
- Ensure cleanliness, security, and proper upkeep of hostel facilities.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field from a recognized university.

Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good networking and coordination skills.
- Robust student-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
