Job Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Maintain and update lead databases.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 per month
- Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Working Days: 6 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday & Sunday Off)
- Work From Home: Up to 2 days per month (as per company policy)
