What You’ll Do

- Own budget planning and allocation across digital channels to drive user growth.
- Design, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
- Run A/B tests and experiments to identify scalable growth levers.
- Use analytics to track, measure, and improve campaign performance.




- Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that make finance simple, relatable, and family-first.
- Share insights and collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Content teams.

What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in fintech, personal finance, or consumer tech is a plus.
- Creative thinker who can make finance warm, approachable, and human.
- Ownership-driven: You don’t just plan, you make it happen.
