Learning Routes is hiring energetic and target-driven Sales Associates to join our team across multiple locations.

? Locations: Gurugram | Delhi | Noida | Bangalore | Mumbai

? Experience: 0–3 Years

? Education: Graduation/Post Graduation

? Salary: ₹27,000–₹30,000/month

? Work Mode: Work from Office

? Working Days: Monday–Saturday

? Timings: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Connect with working professionals and understand their career goals

Counsel candidates on suitable management programs

Handle calls, follow-ups and lead conversion

Maintain lead records and achieve monthly sales targets

Build strong relationships with prospective candidates

Strong communication skills in English & Hindi

Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset

Confident, self-motivated and eager to learn
