About DentiraDentira is one of the fastest-growing, profitable healthcare startups revolutionizing clinic operations across multiple countries. Our flagship product transformed dental procurement by introducing the world's first real-time price and product comparison engine for dental supplies in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
Building on this success, our latest innovation, the Lab Platform, streamlines case creation and management by seamlessly connecting clinics, intraoral scanners, and dental labs. We're also pioneering the use of advanced AI to tackle complex problems like automatic invoice reconciliation and procedure cost prediction — capabilities we're extending across the healthcare verticals we serve.
As we continue to expand, we are actively exploring adjacent verticals and new avenues for growth while strengthening our presence in existing ones. Our ambitious goal is to achieve over 10X growth within the next 3 years.
About the RoleThe Growth Bets team is where Dentira places big, deliberate bets on new products — taking them from 0 to 1, and from 1 to 100 when the signal is strong. As a Product Leader, you’ll be the engine behind these launches for Dentira. You will own new initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and product strategy to execution and post-launch optimisation - partnering with stakeholders across business, engineering, operations, and finance.
As a Group Product Manager for our Growth Bets charter, you will be responsible for identifying growth initiatives, hypothesis driven product development and doubling down where we see results. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, product excellence and cross functional execution. You will own the decisions for major product investments, translating ambiguous problems into a structured product strategy and defensible roadmap.
This is a player-coach role. You will manage a small team of PMs while also contributing in an individual capacity. This role suits someone who's comfortable with real ambiguity: identifying which growth initiatives are worth betting on, running hypothesis-driven product development to test them, and having the judgment to double down when something's working — or to redirect effort when it isn't.
You will work closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Strategy, Account management and other partners across Dentira’s geographies.
This role is best suited to someone who has personally taken a product from 0 to 1 before — who knows what it feels like to build conviction with limited data, and who's equally comfortable killing an idea that isn't working as scaling one that is.
This is a high visibility, high impact role. If you are a curious, high ownership product leader who is energized by challenge and motivated by real-world impact—this is where you’ll grow.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Vision: Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a multi-product charter. Develop, articulate and execute a bold and visionary product strategy and roadmap, identifying near and long term initiatives that unlock Dentira’s next wave of growth globally
- Be customer obsessed. Be the voice of the customer - bring data, customer research, and experiment results into every major product decision.
- Execution Rigor: Define and execute a multi-quarter roadmap. Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent us from delivering on operational, product, and go to market objectives
- Organizational Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of extreme ownership, technical excellence, and rapid experimental iteration.
- Hand on: Contribute individually on the highest-leverage problems within the portfolio, not just at the oversight level — this is a hands-on role.
- Hypothesis driven: Define the hypotheses and success metrics for each bet up front, and drive rapid, low-cost experimentation to validate ideas
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Engineering, Design and Business stakeholders to deliver products that deliver strong business impact. Build and manage strategic relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the design and integration of AI and agentic capabilities into the product surface
- Impact orientation: Translate fuzzy user pain into lovable, metric-moving features.Define clear goals and KPIs for your product area. Drive measurement discipline to build hypothesis and measure impact rigorously for your products
- Leadership buy-in - Represent your roadmap and results in executive reviews and cross-functional forums.
Required
- Product Leadership: 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with a demonstrated track record of taking at least one product from 0 to 1 in a B2B, B2B2C, or marketplace context — not just scaling existing, well-defined products.
- Customer Obsession: A track record of distilling user insights into elegant, frictionless, and intuitive user interfaces.
- People Management: 2-3 years experience in managing and developing senior PM talent and leading through influence in a matrixed global organization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, resourceful, adaptable, and able to prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment. Prior startup experience is a strong plus.
- Comfort with real ambiguity - defining the problem yourself, building conviction with limited data, and making strategic calls under uncertainty.
Familiarity with product experimentation and growth-stage environments.
- Analytical Fluency: ability to design experiments that produce real signal, and to translate messy, early-stage data into a clear go/no-go recommendation.
- Execution Rigor: High ownership, strong bias for action, and comfort operating at both strategic and granular levels in the same week.
- Strategic Disambiguation: The ability to translate broad executive concepts into structured, executable roadmaps that align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communication - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make compelling case for recent 0-1 bets
- High EQ and a track record of building trust with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic background.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, dental, fintech, or supply-chain/procurement, or in other regulated industries.
- Experience working across global, distributed teams (e.g., US, Canada, Europe, Australia, India).
- Experience designing or shipping AI and agentic features in enterprise grade products.
- Track record of shipping successful software products with a significant impact on the user experience and business. 0-1 experience is a plus.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced workplace.
- Demonstrated long-term thinking around strategic and business-focused goals.
- Mission alignment
