Role Description The Graphic Artist - Intern will support the creative team in developing visual content that aligns with Startup Story®’s mission of spotlighting entrepreneurial journeys. This internship role involves designing social media graphics, web banners, story highlights, and marketing assets, as well as assisting in the creation of visual identities for featured startups. The intern will collaborate with content writers and marketing team members to translate narratives into engaging visual storytelling.





Responsibilities may also include basic video graphics, layout design for digital publications, and preparing assets optimized for various platforms. This is an internship, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design software).
- Ability to create digital assets for social media, web, and marketing campaigns, following brand guidelines.
- Foundational skills in layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Basic understanding of visual storytelling and an interest in startup and entrepreneurial narratives.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in New Delhi, with the ability to collaborate both in-person and remotely.
- Portfolio or samples of previous design work (academic, personal, or skilled) demonstrating creativity and initiative.
