Role Description The Graduate Management Trainee internship at Smart Clicks is a hybrid role based in Lucknow, with some work-from-home flexibility. Interns will support daily operations across project coordination, client communication, and documentation related to digital content projects such as photoshoots, cinematography, and ad production. Typical tasks include assisting in planning and scheduling shoots, tracking project timelines, preparing basic reports, and helping streamline workflows between creative, technical, and client-facing teams.

Trainees may also contribute to market research, basic data analysis, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality. This internship is designed to provide structured exposure to business management in a creative services environment, with guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in business management within digital content, media, or creative services,



with a willingness to learn across multiple functions.
- Basic skills in planning, organization, and time management to coordinate tasks and meet project timelines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and interacting professionally with clients under guidance.
- Ability to use productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaborative platforms) for reporting and project tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to understand data, perform simple analyses, and support process improvements.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting, demonstrating reliability in both on-site and remote settings.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated eagerness to take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and work respectfully within diverse teams.
