Responsibilities

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, ModelOps, or related fields.

- Hands on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.

- Experience with:

- Prompt Engineering

- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)

- AI Evaluation Frameworks

- Fine Tuning Techniques

- Robust programming skills in Python.

- Experience with machine learning and AI frameworks such as:

- Azure AI Foundry

- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI

- Hugging Face

- LangChain

- Semantic Kernel

- MLflow

Qualifications Must have

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Experience implementing ModelOps or LLMOps capabilities.





- Familiarity with RAGAS, DeepEval, Evidently, and AI observability frameworks.

- Experience in Banking, Ficial Services, or regulated industries.

- Knowledge of AI Goverce, Responsible AI, and Model Risk Management (MRM).

Good to have

- Improve GenAI quality, reliability, and groundedness.

- Establish scalable AI evaluation and testing practices.

- Reduce hallucinations and model performance drift.

- Enable governed and production ready GenAI deployments.

- Support continuous improvement through monitoring, evaluation, and optimization.
