Roles &

Responsibilities :

Project Management :

- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle for data analytics consulting projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop detailed project plans, including problem scoping, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget estimation.
- Define clear success criteria and prioritize project requirements to ensure project closure aligned with client expectations.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Continuously improve project management processes, methodologies, and best practices, driving efficiency and excellence.

Client & Stakeholder Management :





- Collaborate closely with clients to align on project objectives, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to internal stakeholders and clients, providing regular updates.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and guide effective communication with clients, including emails, presentations, meetings, and updates.

Team Leadership and Collaboration :

- Serve as the primary interface for project delivery functions, leading and supporting the project team.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Monitor project execution, oversee daily scrums, governance cadences, and facilitate support from other departments as needed.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables through thorough reviews and approvals.
- Contribute to team performance evaluations, providing recommendations for professional growth and development.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Project Management, etc.). PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience : 6 - 8 Years.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully leading and delivering complex data analytics consulting projects.
- Strong project management skills, including strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Client-centric mindset with a commitment to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to implement effective solutions to project challenges.
- Leadership and team management experience, driving collaboration and professional development.
- Results-oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
