Role Description The Fundraising Manager – CSR will lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies focused on corporate CSR partnerships and philanthropic support. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for identifying and engaging potential corporate partners, foundations, and major donors whose priorities align with the organization’s programs in skills development and education. The role involves preparing high-quality proposals, concept notes,



and presentations; managing donor pipelines; organizing meetings and site visits; and ensuring timely reporting and impact communication to partners.

The Fundraising

Manager will coordinate with program, finance, and communications teams to design compelling CSR projects, track commitments, and maintain accurate records of partnerships and annual giving activities. The role also includes monitoring CSR trends, building long-term relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to strategic planning for resource mobilization and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in fundraising from major donors and philanthropic entities, with a strong understanding of CSR and ESG frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with charities, corporate foundations, and institutional partners, including stewardship of long-term engagements.
- Strong communication skills, including proposal writing, presentations, and impact storytelling for annual giving campaigns and CSR initiatives.
- Experience designing and implementing fundraising strategies for major donors and annual giving programs in the social impact or nonprofit sector.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or business development for nonprofits or social enterprises.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and prepare explicit reports and dashboards for donors and leadership.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management
