Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled JD Edwards Sales & Distribution (S&D;) Functional Consultant to provide application support, incident management, and functional expertise across Sales Order Management, Inventory Management, and Pricing modules. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, experience working in SLA-driven support environments, and a proven track record of resolving business-critical issues while ensuring system stability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution modules, including :

1.

Sales Order

Management

2.

Inventory

Management

3.

Pricing

Management

- Procurement and Distribution processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for incident resolution and user support requests.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve application issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
- Support system configurations and ensure alignment with business requirements and operational processes.
- Manage enhancement requests, configuration changes, and minor functional developments.
- Coordinate with technical teams for defect resolution, testing, and deployments.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.




- Track and report support metrics, issue trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in system testing, UAT support, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution modules.
- Expertise in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Inventory Management, and Distribution processes.
- Proven experience in incident management, issue diagnosis, and support operations.
- Robust understanding of SLA-based support models and ticket management processes.
- Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and functional analysis.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Experience in documenting issues, resolutions, and business processes.
- Good understanding of support metrics, service delivery KPIs, and governance procedures.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience supporting global users and business operations.
- Exposure to JDE implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of integration touchpoints and reporting solutions is an advantage.
