Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Travel: Across target cities | Travel expenses covered

Salary: ₹35,000-₹45,000/month

Incentives: Performance-linked & uncapped

Working Days: Monday-Saturday

Timing: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Experience: 3-5 years/ B2B experience is mandatory. Candidates without prior B2B experience will not be considered.

Education: Graduate required | MBA preferred

As we enter an aggressive national expansion phase, we are looking for a Franchise Sales Manager to lead franchise acquisition and help establish YogKulam in new cities across India.

Role Overview

You will own the complete franchise sales cycle- from lead generation and discovery to presentations, negotiation, closure, documentation, and onboarding of new franchise partners.

This is a high-ownership, closing-focused role for someone who enjoys building new markets and converting high-value business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify franchise leads through referrals, LinkedIn, exhibitions, industry networks, corporate contacts, and digital enquiries.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' background, investment capacity, and preferred location.
- Present YogKulam's franchise model, investment structure, ROI potential, and partner support system.
- Conduct online and in-person franchise presentations.
- Drive negotiations and convert qualified prospects into signed franchise partnerships.




- Maintain consistent follow-ups and re-engage inactive/cold leads.
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records in the CRM.
- Guide prospects on investment planning, location selection, infrastructure, staffing, and marketing support.
- Prepare franchise proposals and coordinate documentation and agreement signing.
- Support the onboarding and initial setup of new franchise partners.
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Training, Legal, and Finance teams for smooth franchise launches.
- Submit regular reports covering leads, meetings, proposals, closures, and pipeline status.

What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, education sales and business development.
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales and closing.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent Hindi communication with good working English.
- Confident in online and face-to-face presentations.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation software.
- Graduate degree required; MBA is an advantage.
- Experience in education, wellness, healthcare, or training is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across target cities.
