Role Description The Founder's Office & Growth Internship is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. The intern will work closely with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and growth experiments across creator and brand segments. Daily tasks may include preparing presentations, tracking key metrics, assisting in campaign planning, and coordinating with community, marketing, and product teams.

The role involves supporting community-building activities, events, and partnerships,



as well as documenting processes and insights to improve internal workflows. This position is designed for individuals who want exposure to high-growth startup environments and the creator economy while contributing directly to Biggbell’s expansion.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, with capacity to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and the creator/influencer ecosystem.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, documentation tools).
- Demonstrated interest in startups, internet culture, community building, or growth-focused roles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Noida and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
- Current student or recent graduate in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, but candidates from other disciplines with relevant skills are welcome.
