About Atraski

Atraski is a full-service digital marketing agency operating as At Buzz, with offices in Delhi and Kolkata and in-house production and events arms (Atraski Studios, Atraski Events). We run close to 40 client accounts across D2C, F&B;, fashion, real estate, and EdTech, and we're mid-way through a deliberate restructuring to build a leaner, more profitable agency without losing the founder-led judgment that got us here.

The Opportunity

Right now, Finance, HR, and Business Development at Atraski all report directly to the Founder, by design, because each function needs founder-level judgment while the agency scales. That also means founder bandwidth is the single biggest constraint on how fast the business can move.

This role exists to sit inside that bottleneck: not as an assistant, but as an apprentice who earns real ownership of pieces of it, with the explicit goal of being ready to run a function, or a meaningful part of the business, at the end of the internship.

What You'll Do

1. Work directly with Anish across Finance, HR, and Business Development, the three functions currently reporting to the Founder's office, rotating through real problems rather than shadowing meetings.
2. Support collections and cash-flow tracking with the finance team, including chasing the gap between contracted and collected revenue across the client book.
3. Help drive the org restructuring and cost/profitability work, maintaining and extending the manpower and cost models as headcount and client mix shift.
4. Partner with HR on hiring pipelines, onboarding,



and performance tracking as the team resizes.
5. Support BD in tightening the CRM, cold-outreach process, and deal pipeline across the growth team.
6. Prepare founder-ready analysis, decks, and one-pagers that turn scattered data into a decision Anish can act on same-day.
7. Sit in on client, leadership, and ops conversations across Delhi and Kolkata to build a full picture of how the agency actually runs.

What We're Looking For

1. Sharp with numbers and comfortable building or reading a model; you don't need to be an analyst, but Excel shouldn't scare you.
2. High ownership instinct; you'd rather fix the problem than flag it and wait.
3. Strong written and verbal communication; able to turn a messy situation into a clear summary.
4. Comfortable with ambiguity and switching contexts fast; one hour finance, the next HR, the next a client escalation.
5. Final-year student, recent graduate, or early in your career; prior internship exposure to a startup, agency, or founder's office setting is a plus, not a requirement.
6. Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi, with willingness to travel to Kolkata/Mumbai periodically.

Tenure & Progression

1. This role runs as a 1-year contract with a structured, three-phase progression:
2. Months 1–3 (Internship): Stipend of ₹5,000 per month, working directly across Finance, HR, and BD with the CEO.
3. Stipend revised at the end of Month 3, based on performance.
4. Months 4–9 (Traineeship): Position converts to a Traineeship for 6 months, with expanded ownership over the Founder's Office workstreams.
5. Month 9 onward (Executive): On completing 9 months, the role converts to a full Executive position, carrying independent ownership of one or more functions.

The Growth Path

This is explicitly a leadership-track apprenticeship, not a long-term generalist role. The expectation is a structured build-up of ownership, starting on defined projects across Finance, HR, and BD, moving to full ownership of one function's day-to-day, with the goal of running a function independently or taking on a broader operating role within Atraski by the end of the internship.
