Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant is a full-time, in office role based at The Fern Nest Resort Jaipur, Series by Marriott in Jaipur. This role involves supporting daily food and beverage operations, including assisting with food preparation, setting up and clearing tables, and ensuring that dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for service. The Food and Beverage Assistant serves guests in restaurants, lounges, and event spaces, takes orders, delivers food and beverages, and responds to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner.
The role also includes coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, following hygiene and safety standards, handling basic billing or check-related tasks, and maintaining clear communication with colleagues and supervisors. The successful candidate will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, uphold brand standards, and support smooth service during peak hours and special events.
