We are seeking experienced Sourcing Specialistto manage our On-Demand Services (Chefs, Maids, and Drivers). This role is ideal for candidates with a background in operations, service management, or manpower handling. As a Category Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding service partners, ensuring service quality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

- Source and onboard high-quality Service Partners (SPs)

- Conduct training sessions to maintain and improve service quality

- Coordinate with customers to confirm service delivery and satisfaction

- Manage customer escalations with prompt resolution

- Conduct field visits to monitor and improve SP performance

Requirements

Requirements:

- Experience: 6 months – 1 year in operations, service management, or manpower handling

- Communication and People Management Skills: Strong ability to interact with customers and service partners

- Willingness to Travel: Ability to conduct field visits to monitor and improve SP performance

- Customer Service Skills:



Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
