Location: Lucknow Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy About the RoleWe are looking for motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and sell residential/commercial solar systems. Candidates will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers on-site, explaining solar solutions, and closing sales for rooftop solar installations. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory Explain solar system benefits, savings, subsidies, and installation process Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility checks Prepare and share quotations; follow up to close sales Achieve monthly sales targets ( system capacity in kW ) Maintain customer relationship post-sale for referrals Eligibility & ExperiencePrior experience in field sales, solar industry, or a related sector (e.g., real estate, insurance, home appliances)



preferred Freshers with solid communication and convincing skills may also apply Two-wheeler and valid driving license required (for field visits) Basic knowledge of solar products is an added advantage Compensation Structure Monthly Sales Target Monthly Salary 9 kW ₹12,000 – 15,000 10kW ₹15,000 – 20,000 Incentives/commission on top of fixed salary for achieving or exceeding targets.

Final salary within the band depends on experience and interview performance.
