Executive – Spice Business ? Location: Bhawani Peth, Pune ?‍? Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years of experience ⏳ Working Hours: 11 AM - 8.30 PM (Sunday Off) ? Employment Type: Full-time ? Salary: Fixed Incentives Travel Expenses ?️ Transport Requirement: Own 2-wheeler (mandatory) About Us: We have recently expanded into the spice business, offering premium Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder and Coriander Powder. To grow our reach, we’re looking for a smart, persuasive, and highly communicative Field Sales Executive to help us bring our spices to more restaurants, grocery stores, exhibitions, and societies. What You’ll Do: ✅ Pitch & Sell: Visit restaurants, grocery stores, and markets to introduce and sell our spice products. ✅ Set Up Stalls: Represent our brand at exhibitions, societies, and local events to attract buyers. ✅ Convert Leads into Sales: Engage potential customers and convince them to buy with confidence. ✅ Build Strong Relationships: Maintain connections with vendors, shop owners, and decision-makers. ✅ Market Insights: Gather feedback, understand customer needs,



and identify new opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For: ? Excellent Communication Skills – You should be able to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively. ? Smart & Confident – Ability to handle objections and turn leads into sales. ? Go-Getter Attitude – Someone who loves to meet new people and roam around Pune for business growth. ? Mandatory: Own a 2-Wheeler – For easy commuting to different locations. ? Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years of sales experience (field sales preferred).
