Role Description The Facilities Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of client facilities. This role involves managing building services such as housekeeping, security coordination, utilities, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Manager will monitor vendor performance, manage service contracts, coordinate inspections, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. The role also includes budgeting for facilities operations, tracking costs,



and preparing regular reports on facility performance and incidents.

Qualifications

- Strong facilities operations and maintenance management skills, including oversight of housekeeping, technical services, and building infrastructure.
- Experience with vendor and contract management, including performance monitoring, negotiation, and coordination of multiple service providers.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards, with the ability to implement and audit safety procedures and risk controls.
- Capability in budgeting, cost control, and reporting for facilities, with proficiency in using MS Office and basic facilities management software.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks on-site.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and front-line staff.
- Prior experience in facilities management, property management, or related domains; exposure to integrated facility services is an advantage.
