Description

- Oversee daily facility operations, including hard services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & safety systems, lifts, and building maintenance.
- Manage soft services including housekeeping, security, catering, landscaping, pest control, waste management, reception, and other workplace support services.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent service delivery.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor service quality, and ensure incidents, maintenance issues, and client concerns are resolved promptly.
- Act as the main on-site contact for the client, supporting operational reviews, meetings, site walk-throughs,



and service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure Health & Safety and compliance requirements are followed, while maintaining accurate operational and administrative documentation.
- Supervise in office personnel, including recruitment support, onboarding, training, and performance management.

Ideal Profile

- Master's degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Facility Management/Site Management experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial/site facility operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management systems.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
