Role Description The Facade Estimator / Commercial Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for preparing detailed facade and roofing quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and budget proposals for commercial construction projects. The position involves reviewing architectural and structural drawings, coordinating with project managers and external stakeholders, and supporting tender submissions with accurate pricing and documentation.

The role also includes assisting with commercial administration tasks such as tracking project budgets, maintaining records, and preparing reports and schedules.



Daily responsibilities require close collaboration with engineering, drafting, and management teams to ensure timely, precise estimating support aligned with client requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Construction Estimating skills, including quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and BOQ preparation for facades and related building elements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written reporting, professional correspondence, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting and commercial support skills, such as cost tracking, variance analysis, and assistance with tender and contract documentation.
- Candidates should possess technical knowledge related to Roofs and facade systems, including materials, installation methods, and basic understanding of construction details.
- Candidates should possess Project Management-related skills, such as organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and supporting project documentation and scheduling.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other estimating tools or CAD software is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, numeracy, and the ability to work accurately under time constraints are essential.
- Experience in facade, roofing, or commercial construction projects is an advantage.
