We are growing and looking for a highly driven Sales Director – Global Workforce Solutions to help us win our next generation of customers.

The Role

This is a new-business hunting role.

We are looking for someone who can create opportunities — not simply wait for leads.

You will own the complete sales cycle: identifying target accounts, prospecting, opening executive-level conversations, understanding workforce challenges, developing solutions, presenting proposals, negotiating commercial terms and closing business.





You’ll work directly with Linx leadership and our delivery teams to develop solutions for companies building teams across multiple countries.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable prospecting from scratch and closing a complex executive-level deal.

What You’ll Do

* Build and own a pipeline of new mid-market and enterprise opportunities
* Identify and prospect companies with international hiring and workforce needs
* Develop relationships with CHROs, CFOs, CEOs, Heads of Talent, Procurement leaders and other senior decision-makers
* Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, LinkedIn and industry relationships
* Conduct executive-level discovery conversations
* Understand customers’ global workforce challenges and develop appropriate solutions
* Sell across Linx’s portfolio, including:
* Employer of Record (EOR)
* Global payroll and compliance
* Talent Acquisition / RPO
* Global workforce strategy
* International expansion and GCC solutions
* Develop proposals, pricing
