About this role:
We are looking for energetic, ambitious Field Sales Executives to help us expand Getto's merchant network across Hyderabad.
This is a high-impact, on-ground sales role where you'll identify, meet, and onboard fashion retailers within assigned neighbourhoods. Your goal is to build dense clusters of partner stores so customers have enough choice within every locality.

Role Description:
✓ Identify and prospect fashion stores within assigned pin codes




✓ Visit 8–10 stores every day to introduce Getto and explain our platform
✓ Pitch Getto's business model and demonstrate how retailers can grow sales through the platform
✓ Build relationships with store owners and decision-makers
✓ Negotiate commercial terms and successfully onboard partner stores
✓ Collect all required onboarding documentation and coordinate activation with internal teams
✓ Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective stores and ensure timely follow-ups
✓ Update daily activity and sales progress in CRM or reporting tools
✓ Share market insights, competitor activity, and retailer feedback with the leadership team
✓ Consistently achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.

What we are looking for:
— 1–3 years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or B2B sales
— Experience in FMCG, telecom, fintech, food delivery, quick commerce, logistics, or merchant onboarding is preferre
