Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in New Delhi. The Sales Associate will engage with existing and potential customers, understand their requirements for heavy and torsion springs, and recommend suitable products and solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate sales records.



The role involves coordinating with the manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, handling basic post-sales support, and contributing to customer relationship management. The Sales Associate will also support business development through market research, outreach activities, and participation in meetings with industrial clients.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in customer service and relationship management, including clear communication and professional follow-up with industrial clients.
Basic knowledge of industrial or manufacturing environments, with the ability to understand technical product features and convey them in straightforward terms.
Strong organizational and documentation skills for managing quotations, orders, and sales records accurately.
Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) for daily sales activities and reporting.
